As an Elite Performance Specialist at Bangka Belitung Sports Academy in Pangkalpinang, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored to each athlete's needs. You'll work closely with athletes, physical therapists, and nutritionists to ensure optimal performance and recovery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement customized training programs for elite athletes in track and field disciplines.
• Conduct performance analysis and provide feedback to athletes and support staff.
• Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and nutritionists to ensure optimal recovery and performance.
• Participate in competitions and events to support athletes and provide real-time coaching.
• Educate athletes on proper technique, injury prevention, and performance nutrition.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies and industry trends.
• Mentor and develop junior coaches within the academy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching elite athletes in track and field.
• Certification from reputable coaching organizations such as NASM, ACE, or USATF.
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics and sports physiology.
• Proficient in using training management software such as TeamApp, TrainingPeaks, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
