📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and practices.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
