• Oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day management of manufacturing, sales, administration, human resources, and business development functions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business performance.
• Represent Honda Logistics at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the logistics industry and the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
