📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
  • Monitor and maintain production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Report on production performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage both office and on-site tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
