Store Market Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and supporting HR administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolutions.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with departments to gather and analyze HR data for reporting purposes.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role (preferably in a retail or similar industry).,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
