We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Mandarin Speaker to join our Manufacture and Equipment Department. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships. Based in Demak, Jawa Tengah, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company.

As a Mandarin Speaker in our Manufacture and Equipment Department, you will be responsible for translating technical documents, coordinating with suppliers, and facilitating communication between our Indonesian and Chinese teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the tire manufacturing industry and a strong command of both Indonesian and Mandarin. You will work closely with our equipment engineers and production managers to ensure that all communication is accurate and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Translate technical documents and manuals between Indonesian and Mandarin.
Coordinate with Chinese suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Facilitate meetings and discussions between Indonesian and Chinese teams.
Assist in the development and maintenance of communication protocols.
Provide cultural and language support to new hires from China.
Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and challenges.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cross-cultural communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proficient in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong command of both languages.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
Familiarity with the tire manufacturing industry is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
Valid certification in Mandarin language proficiency (HSK level 4 or equivalent) is a plus.
