📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
