📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote openings on various job boards and social media platforms.,Source and screen potential candidates to identify the best talent for our company.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide updates on the hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source top talent.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
