📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to support the overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
