Duta Kirana Computer is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Lebak, Banten. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and bonuses.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Assist in the organization of HR events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all HR documents are properly filed and stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
