📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,Handle operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills
