📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands and ensure high food quality.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are available and properly stored.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Follow and implement health and safety protocols to protect staff and customers.,Create and maintain recipes and menus to ensure variety and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.,Valid food handler's permit and certificate.
