📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product listings and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Monitor website performance and make improvements to enhance user experience.,Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.,Assist in the development of new e-commerce initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, either as a specialist or in a related role.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
