📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage guest data and interactions.
• Develop and manage mobile check-in solutions to streamline guest arrival and check-in processes.
• Implement AI-powered chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework to provide 24/7 guest support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital tools for personalized guest experiences.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve our technology-driven services.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the hospitality industry.
• Lead a team of technology specialists to ensure the successful deployment of new systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality technology management or a similar role.
• Certifications in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) or mobile development (e.g., Apple Swift or Google Flutter).
• Proven experience in implementing and managing AI technologies in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of data protection and privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
