📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update employee records and files.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
