📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to understand the needs of each position.,Creating and managing job postings on various platforms.,Sourcing and screening candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining a strong network with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.
