📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.,Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Communicate with suppliers and customers to manage shipments and deliveries.,Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or warehouse management role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
