📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategies.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Provide financial guidance and advice to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
