PT Lautan Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects,Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success,Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications,Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications,Develop and implement quality control and assurance programs,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and staff,Participate in project bidding and proposal development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role,Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards,Excellent project management and leadership skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software,Experience with construction management and contract administration
