📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records, medication orders, and other pharmacy documentation.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing and administration.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain adequate supplies of medications and other pharmacy products.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the safety and efficacy of medications and other pharmacy products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or a similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technology tools.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants.,Familiarity with Indonesian pharmacy regulations and standards is a plus.
