📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.,Handle inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training and mentoring new receptionists.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
