📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and design relevant courses or workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees throughout the training process.
  • Track and report on training metrics and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Passion for education and employee growth.
