Glow Net Jaya is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. We are a growing healthcare facility located in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, and we are looking for a professional who is committed to providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, following established protocols and procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and coordinated patient care.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the patient care area, following infection control guidelines.,Assist in the organization and management of the nursing station, including the distribution of supplies and equipment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare facility.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
