📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of community services and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are aligned with business objectives and are delivered successfully.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, and other partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community services and development, and apply this knowledge to improve operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
