📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and overall fleet efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and driver performance.,Provide training and support to new drivers and maintenance personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
