📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to support production lines, warehouse operations, and distribution centers.
• Ensure the safe transportation of materials, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of material handling equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and storage.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all company safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in safety training and drills to ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MHE Driver, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA, SHELL, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
