📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas,Provide information and assistance to guests regarding the resort and its amenities,Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Perform general maintenance tasks as required,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,Familiarity with English and Indonesian languages,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 kg,Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis,Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
