📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Manage a team of 20+ staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement operational and staff training programs
- Monitor and optimize inventory and supplies
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Ensure a positive and engaging guest experience
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent role
- Proven track record in managing Italian cuisine restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros, QuickBooks, or similar
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
