📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven creative strategies to optimize digital campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
• Create and refine creative assets, including ad copy, visuals, and videos
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals and challenges
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and implement actionable solutions
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Contribute to the development of creative guidelines and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or a related field
• Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
