📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical panel systems, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates align with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in our estimates.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to clients, project managers, and other stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of cost estimates to ensure accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office to create and manage cost estimates and project documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical panel system estimation, with a strong background in cost analysis and budgeting.
• Proven experience in working with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP or Agile.
