Duta Generasi Mandiri is seeking a skilled Network Technician (WiFi & Fiber Optic) to join our team in Sukabumi Regency (Cibadak area). As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our WiFi and fiber optic networks. In this role, you will be working closely with our team of experts to ensure that our network infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for performing regular maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing network equipment, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring new network equipment, as well as performing network upgrades and expansions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot WiFi and fiber optic networks
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing network equipment
- Install and configure new network equipment
- Perform network upgrades and expansions
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation
- Provide technical support to end users and other IT staff
- Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of WiFi and fiber optic networks
- Familiarity with network equipment from Cisco, Juniper, or similar vendors
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar
- Experience with network security and firewalls
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
