📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the development and implementation of cash management products and services.
  • Working closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product success.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation.
  • Managing the product lifecycle from conception to retirement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Ensuring product compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Representing the product to internal and external stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of cash management products and services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
