📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Define the product vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to develop and launch AI products.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact.
• Work with the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI product management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or related technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with Jira for project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
