As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes using SAP Business One, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable processes using SAP Business One, including invoice processing, approval workflows, and vendor payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to vendors, maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor accounts payable balances, aging reports, and other financial metrics to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial operations and improve process efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide training and support to other team members on SAP Business One and financial processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable and financial management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Proven experience with SAP Business One, including knowledge of AP modules and related functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Certification in SAP Business One or related financial systems is a plus.
