📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage office logistics, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing
• Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
